ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Airus Photography and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed and agreed to by all the parties involved.

RESERVATION: A signed contract and retainer fee are required to reserve the specified coverage.

PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION / Timeframe's: The parties agree to a pre-event consultation two to four weeks before the event date in order to finalize the actual shooting times, locations, and CLIENT'S request list (in writing) for specific photographs. The bride and or groom agree to set aside time before and after the ceremony commencement of the wedding for photographs that cannot be obtained during the wedding.This includes all formal group shots, getting ready shots and ceremony formal shots included in desired package.
Time necessary is dependant on how many shots are required and package desired.
Airus Photography will require 1 hour for setup and 1/2 hour for dismantling of equipment prior to moving to second location or reception. Bride and Groom entrance should be delayed until Airus Photography can arrive for bride / groom entrance shots. CLIENT shall be available for contact throughout the event via phone/cell.

COOPERATION: The parties agree to cheerful cooperation and communication for the best possible result within the definition of this assignment. Airus Photography recommends that CLIENT designate an "event guide" to point out important individuals for informal or candid photographs to the photographer during the wedding that they wish to have photographed. The photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired people if there is no one to assist in identifying people or gathering people for photograph's. Airus Photography is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during photography sessions or for missed images due to details not revealed to Airus Photography.

SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The photography schedule and selected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of the CLIENT in a manner enjoyed by all parties. CLIENT and Airus Photography agree that cheerful cooperation and punctuality are therefore essential to that purpose.

HOUSE RULES: The photographer is limited by the guidelines of the ceremony official or reception site management. CLIENT agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is CLIENT's responsibility; Airus Photography will offer technical recommendations only. Airus Photography will always try for the best possible under the conditions.

VIDEO, IMAGES and COPYRIGHTS: Until final payment for services rendered is made, all photographs and images produced by Airus Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without Airus Photography's explicitly written permission.
Upon final payment by the CLIENT, dual copyright ownership of the resulting images will be transferred to the CLIENT. Client may use and distribute images, CD's, DVD's and digital negatives as CLIENT sees fit.
Airus Photography will also retain a copyright provision allowing images to be used by Airus Photography for unlimited advertising and portfolio use. Airus Photography also retains rights for reprints requested by any member of wedding party wanting prints provided by Airus Photography.
CLIENT may have reprints printed for CLIENT or wedding members at any lab CLIENT desires with no further compensation to Airus Photography. CLIENTS digital files belong to the CLIENT and may be used freely.

EXHIBITION / MODEL: CLIENT grants Airus Photography permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Airus Photography work and for entrance into photographic competitions and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images. Airus Photography asserts that only flattering images will be used. Airus Photography will never use any "objectionable" photos that CLIENT would not want shown to others. Airus Photography will respect CLIENTS wishes when using any photos.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, Airus Photography will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. Airus Photography takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, data, transportation, and processing the photographs / videos. However, in the unlikely event that material have been lost, stolen, Airus Photography liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals. CLIENT assumes no responsibility for loss of Airus Photography equipment beyond CLIENTS control.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: In the event of cancellation, the security deposit paid is non-refundable*. It shall be liquidated damages to Airus Photography in the event of a breach of contract by CLIENT.
If the CLIENT cancels, Airus Photography will attempt to fill the date(s) with another wedding. If successful, Airus Photography may refund up to 1/2 the deposit paid by CLIENT.

COMPLETION SCHEDULE: Print developing, video and DVD/CD creation takes approximately two - five weeks under normal circumstances and desired package, not including time CLIENT is deciding on proof selections.

PHOTOGRAPHER: The Photographer for this wedding will be RJ Sorensen and he shall supervise and manage all Airus Photography assistants present. No other photographers, professional or amateur, will be permitted to take pictures using a flash while he or his assistants are shooting groups or portraits. The reason for this is that other flashes may overexpose our shots. Other photographers are welcome to take shots when we are
not shooting or when we have finished the desired current shot.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE: 50% due at time of signing of agreement. Balance payable in full at time of wedding.

We have read and understood the terms above. We do hereby agree to the terms of this agreement.
