What is Airus Photography's Deposit Policy for weddings?
	A deposit is required to book your date for weddings. We reserve the entire day(s) for a wedding shoot, even if it is a package that only has a 3-5 hour shoot. The reason we do it this way, is to protect you in case something goes wrong, such as a delay or other disaster that was not anticipated. We require a 50% deposit payable within the week the wedding is booked. This reserves the day(s) for your wedding (including reception, rehearsal, portraits, etc within the package you have selected.) Since the day is reserved, we accept no other commitments for that day or days reserved. Deposits are non-refundable, unless it is our fault of course The only other exception would be if you cancelled several months before  the wedding day and we could fill your day(s) with another wedding, we would then refund 1/2 of your deposit you paid. Weddings, large or small, are a huge event, and even the best of planning, leaves plenty of room for all the things that can go wrong. Many portions of a wedding are really not in anyone's complete control. Guests arrive late due to traffic, emergency's and the such. A storm may knock out power for an hour, the list goes on and on. Knowing you are protected at least for your pictures. We will not be under a strict time frame that will add more to your problems. No cranky photographers to add to the frustration! Hopefully, all will go as planned with no disasters, but just in case, we will still be there.
